Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We handle 100% of City and County of Sacramento permitting, plan check, and inspections for your project, so you never have to navigate the Citizen Portal or sit in a planning office.
How do your payments and contracts work?
Every job runs on a written, signed contract with fixed line-item pricing and a clear written change-order process. California law caps the down payment at the lesser of $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, and progress payments never exceed the value of work completed. You will also receive the required 3-Day Right to Cancel notice.
